Hello Moms and welcome to our Blog. For those of you that are not familiar with Stroller Strides, we are a Stroller Fitness class where mom gets to workout with her baby! The class is 60 min which consists of a warm up, power walk/Jog/Run with intervals of body sculpting exercises. We then finish with Ab work and stretching. Included in this program are Free weekly playgroups (LUNA Moms Playgroup) that are open to everyone, not just Stroller Strides moms. We have so many great things planned for 2008 so please keep checking back! And finally, we have a monthly Moms Night Out! These are nights where mom gets to break-a-way for some alone time with the girls! We will on a regular basis also post upcoming events on our Blog.Ok, now down to business, the holidays are over and it is time to put into action all your 2008 new years resolutions! Don't waste another minute...For all those new moms out there, this is the program for you! Having run Stroller Strides in West LA for almost 4 years now, I feel I can finally say that with true confidence.... Just 7 months ago I had my very own baby...Jaden Phillip. And I can honestly say that if it were not for teaching and taking Stroller Strides, I don't know if would have gotten a workout in yet. As we all know taking care of a baby is a full time job and finding time for yourself is not high on the list...but just as important. This class will give you that 1 hour out of your whole day where you can do something for you while also giving to your baby. You will feel more energized and in turn be better prepared for your full time job of MOM!
